With nearly 20 years of experience in Florida politics ranging from the presidential to local levels, Rick Porter offers clients a deep understanding of the structure and driving forces that generate political finance.
Rick started his career in politics in 2004 working for U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Mel Martinez in his bid for the United States Senate, where he gained fundamental experience at the grassroots level. Serving as a Deputy Regional Field Director, Porter built relationships with community leaders, elected officials, and campaign staff to organize a strong ground game for Martinez's campaign.
After helping Martinez win in 2004, Porter became a staff assistant in the Senator's state headquarters in Orlando, where he engaged in outreach-oriented constituent services, advanced events for the Senator, and spoke on his behalf at local community organizations.
In 2007, Porter returned to the campaign trail as Deputy Florida Finance Director for America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, in his bid for the White House — organizing fundraising activities across Florida and forging key relationships with some of the state's top fundraisers. He also supervised high-profile events with Donald Trump, NASCAR, and former RPOF and RNC Finance Chairs.
Over the following cycles, Porter served in Finance Director roles for Bill Posey for Congress, Rick Perry for President, Jeff Brandes for State Senate, Jeff Atwater for Florida CFO, and Adam Hasner for Congress — the latter in which he raised over $3.3 million and coordinated all in-state and out-of-state fundraising.
In 2016, Porter served as the Senior Finance Consultant for the Republican Party of Florida, managing the Party's entire staff and fundraising apparatus. Under his leadership, the RPOF annual Statesman's Dinner saw its largest attendance in a decade.
Most recently, Porter served as the lead finance consultant on Ron DeSantis for Governor, leading a team that raised over $53 million in the General Election alone, and was then tapped as Lead Finance Consultant for Governor DeSantis' Inaugural Committee.
Rick is a graduate of Rollins College with a B.A. in Political Science. He lives in Orlando with his wife and two sons.

Prior to her current position, she managed marketing for several university partners and has a background in digital sales and marketing.
Aimee holds a B.S. in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Central Florida. She lives in Celebration, FL, just outside Orlando, with her husband, two sons, and their beloved dog — and can usually be found enjoying all the perks of Central Florida, including impromptu visits to Disney.
Ivey Rooney Yarger began her career in Florida politics in 2011 with the Florida Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association, joining the Florida Retail Federation in 2013 upon the merger of the two associations. There she acted as a liaison for members, tracked state legislation and local ordinances, and helped plan and execute PAC events.
In 2015, Ivey joined the Republican Party of Florida as Deputy Finance Director, helping produce the inaugural Sunshine Summit and the largest-attended Statesman's Dinner in a decade. In early 2016 she was named Finance Director of the RPOF, overseeing the 2016 cycle's fundraising including the RNC 2016 Convention Florida Delegation activities and the 2016 Victory Dinner.
During the 2018 cycle, Ivey continued as Finance Director for the RPOF and expanded her role as one of the lead consultants for multiple successful State House, State Senate, and Congressional campaigns — and most notably Governor Ron DeSantis' campaign. She also served on Governor DeSantis' Inaugural Committee.
Ivey is a two-time graduate of Florida State University, holding a B.S. in Political Science and an M.S. in Applied American Politics and Policy. She resides in Tallahassee with her husband.
